Did You See Him?
Well for one I really enjoyed the Super Bowl – it was so dramatic (for me anyways) and even my wife got real excited, not something she normally does when watching any type of sport on TV, but this time she loved it!!
I’m not really one of your typical nothing but American sport types, in fact even when it comes to football I really prefer the soccer that they play over in the uk and europe. Somehow it just seems more skillful and the crowds you get at some of those games are really cool. The singing and chanting (sometimes rude!) is very often amazing and I always love to hear all those supporters at Liverpool FC singing “you’ll never walk alone”. Awesome!
Anyway back to Super Bowl and did you see him! I bet you did!! The boss was back at last and even though it was a short set Bruce was still on fire! Mr Springsteen is one of my favorite all-time rock and rollers whose music has really stood the test of time and the sound on my HDTV was just so great – I had a ball!
Time to rediscover some of those old cd’s and also I think I might go down the mall at th weekend and see if I can get a couple of live concert DVDs and have some more fun – Bruce still rocks!
Anyway hope you all had a good time too and as you can probably tell by my excitement in this post – it was a blast (even if a little bit from the past)!
